These terms are meant to set clear expectations while SGC Companion grows.

Ownership and software license

SGC Companion is provided by Support Great Causes, LLC. The company retains its rights in the original software, documentation, and branding it owns. © 2026 Support Great Causes, LLC. All rights reserved.

SGC Companion is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and your account permissions, you may install and use official copies for your own streaming and creator activities, including commercial streams. This permission does not transfer ownership or expand your membership entitlements.

Except as permitted by applicable law, a separate written agreement, or an applicable third-party license, you may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works of company-owned software or branding, remove ownership notices, or bypass access controls. This does not restrict ordinary installation, backup, or intended use of creator tools and exports.

Third-party components and creator content

Third-party software, models, fonts, services, and other materials remain subject to their respective licenses and owners’ rights. Their license terms take precedence for those components. We do not claim ownership of third-party materials or your uploaded logos, media, stream content, and other creator content. Using SGC Companion does not give others permission to use your content.

Using SGC Companion

You must be allowed to use the accounts and communities you connect. You are responsible for your stream, your content, your moderators, and the actions you approve through SGC Companion.

Platform rules

You agree to follow the rules of TikTok, Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Discord, and any other connected service. Features may change when a platform changes its APIs, permissions, or policies.

Creator control

Features that post messages, moderate chat, remember conversations, or control streaming tools should be reviewed before they are enabled. Automated actions remain the creator's responsibility.

Respectful use

Do not use SGC Companion to harass people, impersonate others, distribute harmful content, evade platform enforcement, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with another service.

Availability

We work to keep SGC Companion available and reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Experimental features may change as we learn from creators and connected platforms.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown when you approve checkout, unless you cancel before the next renewal. Review the amount and renewal details in PayPal before approving payment.

Introductory monthly pricing and annual plans

Where an introductory monthly price is displayed, it is temporary until annual subscriptions launch; it is not a lifetime rate. At launch, standard monthly pricing will apply, while discounted pricing will be offered through an annual subscription billed as one yearly payment. No annual launch date is promised.

Existing monthly subscribers will receive advance notice of the new amount and effective renewal date, and an opportunity to choose annual billing or cancel before the increase. A price change will not reduce already-paid access or retroactively change a settled payment. Annual billing requires your approval; we will not automatically enroll you. Any required notice or consent under applicable law and payment-provider rules will be honored. Earlier purchases remain subject to their agreed terms until a valid change takes effect.

Subscription sales are final. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or payment-provider protections, or to correct duplicate or erroneous charges. Subject to those exceptions, we do not issue partial refunds or credits for unused time, non-use, cancellation, or a downgrade.

Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not end access you have already paid for. You can cancel in Plan & Subscription inside SGC Companion, cancel automatic payments in your PayPal account, or contact support for help. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

A downgrade does not reduce your plan during the paid billing period or create a refund. Any available downgrade takes effect at the next renewal. Prorated upgrades are available to selected billing testers. Scheduled downgrades are not available in-app yet; do not purchase a second subscription to change plans. Contact support for assistance.

This policy does not remove statutory consumer rights or applicable payment-provider dispute rights, and does not retroactively change the terms of an earlier purchase.

Your content

You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the features you choose.

Ending use

You may stop using SGC Companion and request deletion of your account. We may limit access when necessary to protect creators, communities, the service, or connected platforms.
