Disconnect an account or delete your data

You are in control of the accounts and information connected to SGC Companion.

Disconnect one platform

1. Sign in to SGC Companion.
2. Open Connected accounts.
3. Select Remove beside the login you no longer want connected.
4. You can also revoke SGC Companion from that platform's own connected app settings.

Delete your complete SGC account

Contact us through supportgreatcauses.org and write SGC Companion data deletion request. Tell us which sign in account you use so we can securely verify ownership. Do not send your password or access token.

After verification, we will remove your SGC account, connected identities, creator profile, Companion settings, memories, devices, and other information associated with the account unless we must retain limited records for security or legal reasons.

TikTok data

You may also remove SGC Companion from TikTok's connected app settings. When TikTok tells us that authorization was removed, we will stop using that authorization. A complete SGC account deletion can be requested using the steps above.
